two installation problems you may experience
Q. I am unable to access to the router setting page.
A.
1. Please make sure that the cable is connected correctly (It is recommend that you use cable to connect to your router if you would like to access the configuration page).
2. Please make sure that you have been assign to the correct IP address of 10.0.0.X (X is the range between 1- 255).
3. If not, please ensure that all the option inside LAN SETTING is unchecked (Go to a. Control Panel à b. Internet Options à c. Connection à d. LAN SETTING). And also make sure that your PC can be assigned the IP address automatically by checking TCP/IP Properties (Go to Control Panel à Network Connections à Right click on your connection and select properties à Select Internet Protocol and click on properties). Under General tag, please make sure both Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically have been selected.

3. Open Internet Explorer type in 10.0.0.2 into your web browser.
4. Enter your username and password. The default username is admin password is epicrouter. And here you go.
Q. I can access to the router setting page but unable to surf internet.
A. This router is preconfigured to the BT setting (for other ISPs please consult to their setting manual).
1. Logging into router setting, then click on WAN under Configuration section
2. Type in your username and password provided by your ISP under PPP section. And click on Submit and then Save Configuration. You will be asked to click on the Submit again. And the router will be rebooted. After it power on again, wait for 30 seconds, then you are on the web.
