After install wireless LAN card and utility, it is recommend that you use wireless utility that comes with the wireless LAN card to configure your wireless setting.

 

 

In order to use the wireless utility comes with the wireless LAN card, you have to disable Windows XP build-in wireless configuration utility.

 

Step by step guide:

 

  1. Click on “Start” and select “Control Panel”.
  2. Double click on “Network Connections” in “Control Panel”, and it will bring up Network Connections page.

 

 

 

3.   Right click on “Wireless Network Connection” and select properties”.

 

 

 

  1. Click on “Wireless Networks” tag and make sure you un-tick “Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings”.

 

 

5. Click on “OK” and you should now be able to use your wireless utility that comes with your hardware.
